This one shows it's a baby girl. On the ultrasound machine you could see three little bumps really clearly. Which if the babe had been in a different position it would have shown as three lines, and not bumps. We will ofcourse get it checked again and hopefully get a clearer picture next ultrasound :)
This one shows why I can't feel anything yet. The little one was punching me, but it was hitting the placenta which acts as a pillow between me and her. Most placenta are not in the front but rather the back of the uterus so you feel everything...so I will just have to wait longer to feel her move, and hopefully it won't act as a permanent buffer.
Next ultrasound is on Wednesday of next week. It will be another detailed to check the spot and other things that could indicate issues. So hopefully we walk out with good news at that appointment.
