2 years ago mommy gave birth to my big sister Kaitlin. She wasn't that big though. She was a tiny baby coming a little less than 3 months early. She was only 2lb 10oz. Kaitlin had lots of problems and in the coming two weeks mommy will probably spend alot of time thinking about all of them. But it's okay mommy is allowed to be sad. I miss her too. She picked me out for mommy and daddy and I was sent to help heal their broken heart (even if it is just a little bit).
I want to take this time to remind everyone of how special Kaitlin was. How special it was that through our modern technology she was given a chance she would have never had. And without organizations like the March of Dimes there wouldn't be that technology. Mommy works hard on her miscarriage blankets, but she would love to see help from family and friends as well.
