Christmas Pictures

For the record trying to get a toddler to sit for a picture in a house full of toys is almost impossible it seems.... so here is what we got :) Dressed in her Christmas Dress in front of the Christmas Tree and in a big ole pile of wrapping paper :)

The Holiday Train :)

We went to see the Holiday Train awhile ago...mommy is just being slow at getting the video and pics put up in the blog...

Daddy and I watching the show... LOOK Santa was on the train! Well one of his helpers that is... how cool was that!

Mommy and I posing in front of the train... it was COLD... it was time to go HOME and get WARM! 

SANTA CAME!

Looks like SANTA CAME :) Emilie asked Santa for a Red Present :) So looks like he dropped off TWO for her :) 

She however skipped the red ones and went right to biggest one there was :) 

 Finally she got curious as to what Santa brought :) 

Here she is unwrapping it :)

 Daddy got a new ski mask for biking :) 

 Emilie got a new book of family pics since she lost her old one in the flood

I don't think she's spoiled at all...
She was not thrilled with the clothes I got her this year... and the whole ipod not working this morning ruined getting her excitement on camera of Santa Coming, but I think we still managed a great Christmas :)  Now mommy needs to find a place for her new embroidery machine :)

Ready For Santa :)

Look at me all ready in my santa, penguin, snowman, and tree jammies :) Santa is coming tonight and I've had far too much sugar today! Lets see how sleeping goes, lol :) He might  have to be really really sneaky to get his presents in this house !

Alright we set out the gingerbread house and some juice... ready for Santa to come! 

Gingerbread House!

So after mommy realized she bought the WRONG kind of "gingerbread" house (I bought a chocolate mold) and frantically went around trying to find any store that had one left she found a cute kit to make a village of houses... so Daddy, Mommy and I each got to make our OWN for Santa :) Playing with sugary treats is FUN! Especially when mommy taught me frosting fingers ;) hehehe we dipped our frosting covered fingers in SPRINKLES... and ate it all up... YUM!

Christmas Morning

Here's our tree after mommy and daddy put their presents under there and santa added a few :)

So pretty much after every item we heard...can you open it...lol...

After we convinced her to unwrap the stalkings we moved on to the presents under the tree :)






Then like every present she unwrapped she had to go do something with it first :) lol...this one the baby needed to leave apparently...kind of convenient though since she brought it to her room :)



More unwrapping...but did have her do some tag reading first...check out the next video :)

So the first one she grabbed I showed her it said EM and that meant it for Emilie. She looks mighty impressive in this video like she's reading it...but then...

Would love to claim she could read them...but the rest of the morning went the same...EVERY tag read EM...lol :)

She unwrapped dress up clothes...so she had to try on the shoes :) Then walk on the kitchen floor with them. I think I have a girly girl in the works...which means I'm in trouble!


Here's the baby gear she got :) She loves it! It was pretty much the toy of choice most of the day. First we fed the baby, then walked the baby, then the baby napped, etc :)



Merry Christmas everyone :) It was a nice relaxing day topped off with ordering in! I love it!

Nope I don't like that Santa fellow one bit more this year than what I did last year...so not too happy about him coming again...but I do however like the idea of presents....hmmmmmm

Decorating

So Grandma and Grandpa didn't put a tree up this year...but that didn't stop me from decorating one at their house! Check out Grandpa and I crafting together :)
